Saber Tactical Performance & Rehab accepts VA referrals through the Community Care Network (CCN).
Veterans may request Saber Tactical as their preferred provider during their VA appointment.
VA referrals require a consult from your VA provider and must meet VA medical‑necessity guidelines.
Once authorized, all PT services are:
Covered by the VA
Scheduled directly with our clinic
Documented according to VA standards
Submitted through HSRM
Performance Coaching and Hybrid Sessions are not part of VA coverage and remain separate, non‑medical services.
