Saber Tactical Performance & Rehab maintains strict media and privacy standards to protect client identity, OPSEC, and confidentiality.
Our Media Policy
We do not capture or share:
Photos
Videos
Testimonials
Training footage
…without explicit written consent.
Media captured during Physical Therapy sessions is subject to HIPAA.
Media captured during Performance Coaching is non‑medical and not part of your medical record.
Client media is never used to train AI systems, machine‑learning models, or external analytics tools.
We use AI‑assisted documentation tools within SPRY for medical note generation. These tools process only the information entered by the clinician and do not access or use client media without explicit consent.
What Clients Control
Clients may not film or photograph other individuals in the facility.
No photos, videos, or recordings are uploaded into any AI‑assisted system without explicit written consent.
Clients decide:
Whether media is captured
What is captured
How it is used
Where it is displayed
You may request no‑media status at any time.
OPSEC‑Aligned Media Standards
We do not capture or share any content that could reveal operational details, tactical methods, or sensitive occupational information.
AI tools used in the clinic do not analyze, interpret, or process client photos or videos.
AI assistance is limited to text‑based documentation and does not involve biometric, facial, or movement analysis.
We never display:
Uniforms
Insignia
Name tapes
Agency identifiers
Tactical equipment
Sensitive training methods
Your privacy and operational security come first.
Media is never used to determine duty status, readiness, or occupational qualification.
Staff are trained to follow strict media protocols and will not capture or share media without documented consent.
Request or Revoke Consent
Revoking consent applies to future media use and does not require removal of previously published content unless legally required.
